Crossing the city offers you a one-hour gourmet walk in the heart of the historic center of Metz.
I will introduce you to local products in a delicatessen, at artisan cheese makers, in a biscuit factory and at the covered market. You will discover the Saint-Louis delicatessen,, the artisan cheesemakers Les Frères Marchand and La Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie. You will have the opportunity to taste some products to make your mouth water.
At the end of this walk, we can have lunch in the restaurant La Ripaille des Paraiges or in the restaurant Le P’tit Frontalier during 1,5 hour where you can enjoy the cuisine of the region.
